YES, we all are in fast-pacing world, and we might not have enough time to cook, so, all we do is heat up yesterday’s meal. But, is that safe?

Microwaves are one of the forms of electromagnetic radiation, and you can find them between infrareds and radio waves in a broad of spectrum.

As it goes from visible green rays towards the radio waves, the lesser the energy it contains.

So, microwaves are not as dangerous as the ultraviolet, which can damage your cells and give you cancer.

But, the way you handle your microwave can be dangerous to you. Never stand near it, lean against it, or touch the hot microwave surfaces while it is actually heating up the chicken inside. So, the food is safe. Just you, be safe, by yourself.
