How to effectively free yourself from negative emotions ?

HAVE you ever experienced situations that overwhelmed and stressed you up? If yes, what did you do effectively to help yourself to overcome these negative feelings? If you don’t know yet, interested to learn more about how you can immediately change your negative emotions to positive emotions?

Let me share with you my little journey first. Last month, my aunt fell and fractured her left femur head and went through surgery. She is in her healing journey with the proper physiotherapist care. This month, she fell again and fractured her right femur head. Now, both of her legs are injured. She is 86 years old and single. I am the primary caregiver to her.
